How to React When You Lose Someone

(1) – Remove your playlists of all the music that reminds you of them. Bands, songs, maybe an entire musical genre. Do not delete the songs, no. They were too important in your life for that easy removal. No, instead, move all the songs, all the history, all the poetry, into a separate playlist. It isn’t removed forever, but it adds a small distance.
